PowerPoint / picture making question

Let's say I edited a picture in PPoint, by adding other pictures onto it and throwing in text boxes. Is there a way to save the entire picture as one pic? As it is now, each additional pic and text box is a separate piece.

click on one image, hold ctrl while clicking on all of them until they are all highlighted. Then right click and select "group". Might work.

I think you can save a slide as a JPG (the filters are normally installed by default)... otherwise: shift-CTRL-PrtScreen, then go to Pain and Paste it.

CTRL-PRint Screen will copy your current desktop to the clipboard. Then you can paste that into MSPaint or any image editor.
