Powerlifting to Crossfit Cycle Advice

What' up Elite Fitness? I am here today to hopefully get some advice from some of the vets.

The situation is pretty simple. I am a powerlifer, and I am tired of being a powerlifter. The struggle to fit through door ways or even tie my shoes has become too much. I used to be very athletic, but now I find myself not able to function very well. I am extremely strong, yes, but now I know there is more to life and fitness than being able to pick up a car.

I know you guys will want my stats, so here they are. 5'9, 250, body fat is around 20%, maybe a bit less. You can make out the outline of my abs if you look close enough. I can bench over 500 pounds, and squat close to 700, so please do not consider me as "out of shape", "fat", or a "couch potato." I have always trained hard, and ate clean. I just eat a lot.

Cycle history is pretty basic. Just mainly heavy Test with Anadrol, DBol, and some Halo mixed in. I've used Tren a few times, but that shit makes me start to turn green when I get mad.

My goal for this next cycle is to drop body fat and become more athletic and functional. Now, I am well aware that training and diet are what dictate fat loss, not what steroids you run. But I also know that steroids make the above so much better.

I have been dieting for a few months now, and have switched my training from heavy lifting to crossfit. I hit the weights 4 times per week, hard cardio 3x time a week, and then morning cardio mixed in a few times a week when I have time. Plan is to continue this routine for another month before starting my next cycle the 1st of the year.

Now my question is what exactly should I run. I know you guys are going to tell me to run sarms, which they look great and everything, but I am just not going to drop $1500 on the "Super Ultra Super Sarms Triple Shred Stack" or whatever you want to call it. I will though, incorporate some GW-50. So what I have planned currently is a stack of Test, EQ, NPP, and GW-50. So let me know how this looks, or let me know what you would run instead of this. Thanks guys.

16 weeks
Test C- 100mg/e4d
Equipiose- 300mg/e4d
NPP- 150mg/eod
GW-50- 20mg/day
Adex - .5mg 2x/week
Prami - .25mg/day

Going to pin the Test and EQ every 4 days so it matches up with the NPP. I have my support supplements and PCT lined up. I don't need advice with that.

Thank you for taking time to read this, post got a little longer than expected. Appreciate all feedback.

Sounds like you got a good idea what you are doing already. I'm curious why you chose npp for a cutting cycle though? And such a low dose of test, but you are experienced so whatever gets it for you. Have you considered running anavar the last 6 weeks or so? Might be a real good addition.

I think I have a pretty good idea of what I am doing. You can never know too much though, and getting other peoples opinions on something like this is always a good idea.

There is no real significant reason why I chose NPP. I used it once before for a short time and liked it. I figured adding that to Test and EQ would give the cycle a little more punch.

A lot of my research I have done suggests that a low dosage of Test is a great idea for a cutting cycle. That way there is less bloat. Also with the lower dosage of Test, I can add in another compound like NPP without over doing it.

As far as the Var, I actually have thought about adding it to the cycle. But I was planning on avoiding orals for the most part.

Thanks for the reply
