Hey all, just wanted to check in with my workout today. I'm working on explosive power, strength, and speed. I made a nice Power Clean PR that I'm really pumped about.

I just started doing these about a month ago, I'm pretty psyched to have gotten 10 pounds more than bodyweight (I weigh 175) already. Next I'm looking to get up to 225 at about 185 bodyweight. I think I would have some pretty nice athletic speed and quickness if I ever achieved that goal.
