Has anyone trie that power90 program that you can order on tv is it good for fat burning a friend of mine wants to buy it is it worth spending the money she hates the gym but want to trim up anyone try it?

any fat burning thing that has the logo "as seen on tv" is most likely not worth shit. and doubly so if it promises insane results in a short amount of time.
