Power90 for cardio?

that power90 video that you can buy on tv will it be a goood source of cardio or no????? has anyone used it???

ah the richard simmons workout. Its really not that bad. My gf uses it. I will say the ab workout is one of the best i seen and I use it every day just for that part.
