thanx for all the info guys. fonz, u said winny/masteron make u faster. i understand how juice can make a sprinter faster (the stronger you are, the faster you can accelerate a give weight...like your bodyweight). but could it actually do something like enhance your hand speed?

also, people have told me that certain kinds of juice will reduce/increase my cardio...am VERY interested in what people have to say on that subject. cardio is king in MMA...more important than strength.
 
i would also be very interested in the effects juice can have on cardio, its not something thats discussed all that often.
 
my cardio always sucks when on. I think it has to do with the increase in muscle mass, which use up more oxygen.

in boxing there's a debate whether lifting weights is only a little bad or really bad. Same cardio problem.
 
the only anti-weightlifting boxing trainers around lately are likely old ass men. Although you should probably cut it to 2x a week so you can concentrate on the more important things (skill development, technique, anaerobic conditioning, etc.)

btw, on my EQ only, and my current Ox only cycles, Ive noticed a definite INCREASE in my endurance, although thats anaerobic endurance, not like a marathon runners endurance. peace
