Power PCT - Timing and Use of HCG/Nolva/Clomid

Coming off a longer blast and cruise. Only test as the inject able throughout and some use of orals. Cycle will end 250mg/Test-E per week.


Looking for clarification on the timing of a stronger PCT.

For coming off an extended cruise (with blasts) the following is posted a lot online.

The "Power PCT"
2000 IU HCG EOD

Nolvadex 20/20/20/20/20/20

Clomid 100/100/100/100
Can anyone actually break down the timing here - let me know if I'm on the right side here for PCT timing, if you could , thanks very much:

Week 1 From Last Pin - HCG

Week 2 - HCG

Week 3 – Nolva /Clomid

Week 4 - Nolva/Clomid

Week 5 - Nolva/Clomid

Week 6 - Nolva/Clomid

Week 7 - Nolva

Week 8 - Nolva

I feel something is off with my timing because HCG is suppressive - BUT is this okay because the Test-E is still clearing my system the final two weeks from my last pin?

I like this protool better. Its is just a simple variation but it worked for me when I did a restart after cruising and blasting for over 18 months.
HCG 1000iu's - 2x/week for 5 weeks.
3 days after last hcg pin started my serms.
Clomid: 100/50/50/50
Nolva: 40/20/20/20/20/20
Worked well for me.
