i need some help.. ive seena video of it but cant pick it up.. someone said talk to a trainer, but gave me a US address not a canadian.. any suggestions on how to find out how to do it or just help me urself by explaining..

Here's a bunch of Canadian weightlifting clubs. If one is in your area - great. If not, contact someone at one of these and see if they know someone in your area or can suggest something. Even driving an hour or so once every few months can really help you.

I'd also recommend Art Dreschler's Encyclopedia of Weightlifting. Massive book that covers everything from technique to training theory to packing your gym bag. The most absolutely comprehensive book written on the subject.
