Powder gatorade straight dextrose?

I heard the powder kind of gatorade is pure dextrose, is that true?

I heard it was the best thing if you don't buy a carb supplement.

If it's not good, what would be better besides a carb supp?

Are you sure? The ingredients just says "dextrose" NOTHING else?

I read the label yesterday when I posted. Shit I can`t even pronounce on there.

Dextrose is definately in it. 100% of it though? not sure.

No no, not 100& dextrose, but it doesnt have any of the stuff that are inappropriate for carb-up...

I bought a 16 gal of the powderered Orange...

It has Dextrose, Surcrose, sodium, and some other stuff.

Better than grape juice at least.
