Powder B-5 Pantothenic acid

I have some B-5 in powder form(ordered from beyond-a-century).
This may be a stupid question but, I assuming you just mix it in water & drink it?? When in this powder form, 1/2 tsp=1 gram, 1 tsp=2 grams. It seems to me this easier to take high doses than the capsule format.

He'll you could take 1 tablespoon= 6 grams..

you will not be able to stand the taste just mixing it with water...only thing i found that could cut the taste is ruby red grapefruit juice...serving size is 1/8 tsp. = 400mg (366mg of b-5, and 34mg of calcium) i was taking one tsp. 3 times a day...roughly 8784mg of b-5...man that shit tastes bad...anywayz i am on minocycline now, so i don't have to take anymore b-5

Ruby Red Grapefruit juice will probably make me puke alone.. I guess I'll try different drinks--maybe a red bull.

1tsp=3200mg, so get measuring teaspoons from your kitchen and take whatever you are planning to.
Personally, I was taking one tsp once-twice a day, every time I had outbreak of acne, it works very well, at least for me.
Taste really nasty, so I always have some sweet juice handy, to wash it down.
Definately, the best deal on a market, right now, approx, 10 times cheaper then GNC's which is questionable quality, don't forget!

Anybody know if http://www.beyond-a-century.com/ B5 is time-released? I was told that the body will only be able to utilize 20-30% unless it's time released.
