Sorry, but in 99% of cases, I hav to believe something else was going on. VERY VERY few obese people are that was becuase of genetics. Now, mind you, soe are more PRONE to being larger, with different body types, but lazy people will lean on that as an excuse to dring a 6 pack of coke and eat doughnuts and mcdonalds every day. These are the same people that wonder why they cant lose fat when they begin eating salads (with 10 tablespoons of cheesy ranch dressing on top) and walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes twice a week. It doesnt work like that. A COMPLETE LIFESTLYE CHANGE is what has to take place, and most people just arent willing to do that. Reality.Razorguns said:diet/exercise doesn't work for everyone.
