potassium levels

hey bros, posted results of bloodwork the other day and had low levels of potassium. Anyone else ever have this? i did some reading and it says coffee and cause excessive losses and ive been drinking way too much coffee ( i work 3rd shift). My diet is low on potassium too, guess i was never really aware of it. They have me on a potassium supp for 6 months then get retested. Is this an effect of AAS or just bad diet/caffeine? any thoughts appreciated

Bad diet. Nothing about aas would cause a potassium deficiency as far as I know. A lot of people do not get enough potassium in their diet. Just adding the supplement should be sufficient for you though. Coffee can cause it because it acts as a diuretic to some extent.
