Ya' need to get some vit-c, vit-e, and b-vit's into that shake too!
I usually take a B&C capsule (not a tablet), along with a 400iu vit-e gelcap.
b-vits : helps your body utilize all that protein
vit-c : may help reduce cortisol, but a host of other good reasons
vit-e : helps reduce post-workout soreness and DOMS
