Posture

mine is pretty good. Im pretty cognizant of whether or now im slouching after having to go to PT for neck and back spasms before. all in all, Im better than all of you.

better than most but definitely room for improvement, especially when working. because I've had back issues/surgery, I pay attn to it more. Here's a good trick for the car - sit in your seat with correct posture and adjust the rear view mirror so you can see it. Then, when you slouch you won't be able to see the rear view mirror. that way, either you'll correct your posture or die in a horrible accident - either way, you and/or the world win.

Mine is good, my dad was military from high school till he retired so we were never allowed to slouch, oh or drag our feet. I try to keep my girls from doing it now. I just don't get all up in there face and call them maggots when the do it.

Once a ballerina, always a ballerina. A lot of people have guessed my dance background based on how I walk, carry myself, etc.

My shoulders and back are huge, causing my upper posture to lean forward.
This also causes a bone to press against my sciatic nerve in my pelvis area causing horrible back pain that I have battled for 7 years now.
