post your stretching routine

I need a stretching routine that I can do once or twice daily. My main focus right now is getting more flexible in my hips and lower back to help improve my squat form, but i'd like to stretch everything at least once a day. What does your routine look like and how often do you do it?
 
I always make sure the muscles are warmed up before stretching.

I stretch before and in between each set. Works really well. . .stretching a cold muscle or not stretching at all is bad news.

To sum it up, i only stretch if I feel the absolute need to. if something feels a little tight, i will take time to loosen it up until i feel it's ready to go
