Post your CKD menu (to help others get started)

I figure this would be the easiest way to help people on this forum by posting my CKD menu, hopefully other people would like to help by sharing thiers.

I started at 200Lbs, this is what I followed

Meal 1: 4 eggs, 1 tbsp Flax
Meal 2: 1 protein shake 2 tbsp flax oil
Meal 3: 1 can of tuna w /mayo, 1 tbsp of flax
Meal 4: (Same as 2)
Meal 5: 1 can of tuna w /mayo, 1 tbsp of flax
Meal 6: (Same as 2)

You might want to change it up a bit, it gets pretty boring, but I've had great, i mean GREAT results following this.

mine looks pretty much the same.

i want to know what you eat on your carb up day.

2 Cheese hot Dogs

Just started this diet, I havnt made up a carbup yet so i'm interested in seeing a few samples :)
 
My meals change every day... as for the foods, here ya go:

Nuts/Seeds - Peanuts/Walnuts/Pecans/Sunflower/etc...
Snack Meats - Beef Jerky/Slim Jim/Pepperoni/etc...
Eggs
Cheese
Brocholli
Celery
Eggs
Bacon
Sausages
Hamburger
Chicken
Egg Salad
Tuna Salad
Omelette w/ cheese and ham
Fish
Salad w/ Dressing (limit carrots and tomatoes)
Naked Chicken Wings
Diet Sodas (in moderation)
Water
Tea
Coffee
 
carb up day

I've been following the advice of using 10 grams of carbs per kilogram of lean body mass on my first carb up day, and then around 60-70% of that number on day 2. That comes out to 800 grams carbs on saturday and 550 on sunday. I've experimented with both high, low, and a mix of high and low glycemic carbs and find that the higher glycemic carbs on saturday and a good mix on sunday is the way to go for me personally. that makes saturday pretty fun, with lots of pancakes, pizza, cereal, etc... Good stuff.

when you say "4 eggs" is that 4 full eggs with yokes, or egg whites?

also what does your carb up day menu look like?
