Nice, I have oamlettes every morning in the school cafeteria. I get 3 of them though, total 9eggs. It's a bitch waiting in the line 3times. :mad:

why does everyone flip out when i start talking about it?

it takes the pressure off you.... like if you fuck up and have a cheat meal on a day you aren't supposed to.... you just hit the "undo" button in the back of the throut. i'm not like one of those people you see on tv that are like 30 lbs.

i think this is a much better way of staying lean than using drugs. its prolly safer too.

why i need potassium?

i take 20 grams of powdered vitamin C (1-2 times per week)
and 1 gram of magnesism EOD

i take a lot of femara too; for no real reason other than it gives me cool looking veins all through my abs and body

for real bro..you gotta chill with the yaking. you how i stand with the running too but the running isn't gonna kill you. This shit could really hurt you over the long term. think about it....if you do this for another year or two do you know how much internal damage you're gonna suffer from all the bile and acid in your stomach coming back up?

for real tim, i'll help you out if you want but this is a train for disaster.
 
take advantage of low carb tortillas, chicken breasts, beef and broccoli, cartons of eggwhites, walnuts, pecans, Apples, pears, Beans, have some soy products now an then, have all the muscle milk you want:) Shit man have a salad!

I seriously hope your kidding bro, but if not dude you need to realize your on a downward spiral and there are more important things in life than being lean.
 
easiest way to supress your appetite and cravings is nothing but solid bland protein and lots of water. eat plain chicken breasts all day will get you full as a motherfucker.

i dont get why you're eating peanut butter either? thats calorie dense as hell.

if anything you have to completely avoid the calorie dense food
 
i'm all for solid protien and low carb diets but with my running i need carbs. i get most of them through.... oatmeal, i eat light whole wheat breads, lental soup, pop corn, yams, apples, and brown rice.

for my protien i like eggs/egg whites, red meat, chicken, tuna, etc.

i actually like tuna out of the can with balsomic vinigar.

other than that my weakness is peanut butter and sushi. one night i go through a jar of pb and the next i'm ordering a sushi platter for 4 all by myself.
 
my friend thinks that since i run in the mornings and lift at night i'm burning through so many calories that my body needs unusually high amounts just to maintain. i'm guess my bmr is close to 4000 cals per day. and i only weigh 180ish

Thats a nice omellette, I wish they gave us a kitchen in my residence...instead of having to rely on that shitty cafeteria
