I'm following Mr. X diet(more food on workout days, less non workout days). Pre workout I eat abpout 80-100g carbs and my post workout drink looks like this:
(If I know that I can eat one hour post workout my drink looks like this) :
30g Dextrse
20g Whey protein Isolate
250mg alpha lipoic Acid
500mg c-vitamin
8-10g creatine
( I then wait one hour and then eat a real food meal, about 50g protein and 80g carbs)
If I know I wont get home or get real food within one hour from my post workout drink, the drink looks like this:
60g dextrose
35g Whey protein Isolate
500mg Alpha lipoic acid
500mg c-vitamine
8-10g creatine
