post workout diet

i do HIIT cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach to help reduce my body fat and about an hour afterwards i have my breakfast consiting of balanced fat, protein and carbs....in the afternoon i have my weight triaing, 2 hours before i pop a can of tuna and just munch on it...i was wondering what you guys recommend me eating after the workout...carbs? protein? fat?
i'm 215lb with a bf of 22%...im tryin to reduce the bf by still sustaining and hopefully gaining muscles....thanks
 
20g of whey combined with 30g of dextrose will do the trick immediately following weights....without the worry of adding to body fat.

How much do you weight?
I would say have 25g of whey protein and 50g crbs from simple sgars like dextrose 2:1 carbs is kind of a good rule

Then an hour later have a meal with lower glycemic carbs and proteins

Been doing this and noticed my recovery is great, i get my second post workout meal at 10pm and sleep at 11pm and i have not noticed fat gain

ive heard alot about whey and dextrose but havent found the right place to buy it from? any suggestions to which brand is the best? and if its better to buy it in the net or not...
