my delima with a post workout simple sugar carb drink..... i havent been drinking a post workout simple sugar drink for the last 4 months and I think i have noticed a more positive difference. Bodyfat is down and I dont get any sugar cravings later on. Should I stay away from the drinks? Im about to start a new cycle this week. Or do u think it will help with my gains if I add it back in. My cycle is going to be a lean bulker consisting of test e, eq, and var. thanks
