Post up your shoulder workout.

5 minutes warm up on a stationary bike
Seated db side raises: 3 warm up sets + 3 working sets
Db shoulderpress: 1 warm up set + 3 working sets
Single arm cable side raise: 2 working sets
Lying rear delt cable cross: 3 working sets
Db Shrugs: 3 working sets
 
Push press
DB press
Arnold press (not every workout)
Bent over raises (for the rear delt)
Lateral raises
Upright row w/plates
Shrugs

I always wondered why people do shrugs on shldr day - any reason you do them on that particular day? They build the traps, as I see it, and the traps are back muscles, no?

I alternate my traps every other week on this program.
The week i dont do deadlifts on my back day i do shrugs on my shoulder day. Its just something that feels good. And my grip isnt hacked to pieces on the shoulder day compared to my back day. So i can actually hold the weights while shrugging.

I really do not rely on shrugs to build my traps. They get enough doing heavy deads. I usually do some at the end of shoulders with a plate or two to get a little pump in them.
 
Oh man... here is what I did last night.. was grueling.

8 minute treadmill to warm up. 10 minute upper body warmup (light pulldowns, pushdowns, chest, shoulders.. sets of 20 with really light wieght)

supersetted 1 arm lateral raises with Smith machine military press (5 sets)
supersetted rear flies with upright rows (3 sets)
bent dumbell rows (2 sets)

then followed it up with my back routine.
 
Upright Olympic Bar rows to the chin: heavy. 2 warm up, 3 working
Militaries: two warm, 3 working
Seated/standing Laterals: 1 warmup, 3 working w/pause, 2 Dropsets
Db shrugs: 3-4 working w/pause
Vomiting or blacking out: no warmup, 1 working

I blacked out after doing a mega leg workout with a buddy. I was leaning against the wall awaiting the next set of leg extensions after having done smith machine lunges 4 sets of 20 on each leg...then BAM!!!

Lights out. I woke up to my buddy screaming in my face asking if I was ok.

I said "I will be once you get your halitosis out of my face". Had some OJ and was back to doing legs.

Assmonkey: at the end of your workout. do two sets of Crucifix holds with the DBs. Just hold em up their for as long as possilbe. Burns the hell out of your delts - great way to end your workout at Curves. Then you can tell all your friends in the Spinning class.

Bent over lat raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
Lat raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
Upright rows 4 sets 8-12 reps
 
Side Laterals 4 x 8-10
Front Raises 4 x 8-10
Dumbbell Press 4 x 6-8
Military Press 4 x 6-8
Bent over riase 4 x8-10
Shrug 4 x 6-8
 
back/shoulders day

seated ohp - 12, 10, 8, 5-6 (upward pyramid)
Side Laterals - same upward pyramid
Deads - 5x5
Pullups - 2x Failure
Shrugs - upward pyramid
Neutral Grip Pulldowns - upward pyramid

and maybe machine presses, my front delts ar elacking now, so i have thrown in a second pressing movement
