Post Sustanon Cycle

I was wondering if anyone knew of anything that would be safe to get on after a 10 week cycle of sustanon. I'm about 6'3 210 now. I'm on my 5th week and have put on about 10 lbs. I need to get on something after this sus. to put me around 235 by next fall/winter.
Also whats the recommended period of time between sustanon cycles. I've been taking sust 300 and take about 450 weekly. I'll be taking nolvadex after this cycle and am looking to get back on something ASAP. Any info would be great.

time off = time on (+PCT) , first take the time off and do your PCT then do your next cycle. So after Sust, you run your PCT and take time off - that's the best...

So would the PCT time be 10 months on along with nolvadex?

run some hcg starting as soon as you can get it till about 2 weeks after your last shot of sust then run some Dermacrine for 4 weeks after that....then after that its still good to take some time of and let your body recover I would say wait at least 2 months before going back on....but time on time off is ideal......
