What's up guys..I am going to be out of teh game for about 6 months as I am just a couple months shy of laproscopic stomach surgery and now I am going in this week for a hernia repair..I am looking to see what supps people think I should be using while I am out..The only training I will be able to do starting in about two months is cardio, ie, biking, swimming, eliptical, etc and light toning exercised (why bother LOL). My goal is to keep as muscke size and muscle as possible. I lost 22 pounds during my last surgery but in the four weeks I starting training again I gained back 17..I had some bad advice about when to start training again, hence, the hernia
Anyway, I am going to continue my protein supps which include Oh Yeah or Musclemilk RTSs twice a day (I need Lactose Free) and I will be having the MHP Chocolate Protein pudding for breakfast (tastes awesome). I will prob throw in a multi as well and was looking at taking N2BM Gear 3 caps three times a day..Does anyone else have any ideas what else I should take to help hold onto some size..Thank YOu..SJ
