Post Morning Cardio

What do you eat/drink? I'm thinking a protein shake with milk and oatmeal?
 
protein and carbs are good post workout.

Eat a good meal as soon as you feel your body soak up that shake... usually about 30-60 minutes later.

Just the shake then wait on the oats? Any dextrose needed in that post CARDIO shake? I thought waiting 45min-1 hr kept the fat burning going strong.

The cardio kick starts your metabolism, but it is also burning away at your muscle because its in a mode of starvation. The shake will provide your muscles the nutrients they need and then your metabolism will keep a little fire goin for a while..
 
Morning cardio on a empty stomach is fine with a ECA stack. The ephedrine preserves the muscle, and if you know your anaerobic threshold then you would also know what % of your AT your burning fat or sugar. I use a heart rate monitor with all my cardio and its been easier. I was acctually burning sugar from working too hard.
