I am looking for a cycle that will allow me to recovery from a hip surgery in 2011 and a recent back and sciatic issue. I do not want to get big. I am looking to get to about 215 and be shredded does any body have any ideas and have stats to back it?

I have been back I. The gym for a month or so now. I backed off due to the back / sciatic issue. I just want to get back to feeli N-Gage good as fast as possible.

its not a good idea to jump on any sort of cycle until you get back into the swing of things at the gym man... its just not wise man... you need to get back in there a good 4-6 months and then it might be okay to jump on something and that is kind of early anyway... just be wise about it or you will just be wasting your time...
