Post Injection Pain? Read this.

I just wanted to give people a little experience that I've had with post injection pain. I've had awful, crippling pain quite a bit especially from Primo over the years and i've posted a lot of questions about it on this site and nobody ever told me this: Train whatever muscle you pin right after you pin it. My quads have hated injections for years, and I'm currently running Primo and Tren and I did a little test over the past 6 weeks. If I do some squats and leg presses etc within 2 hours of my injection I get almost no pain at all in the site. If I don't, it's borderline crippling soreness. Same with my delts, chest and glutes. It's unbelievable how big of a difference pinning whatever muscle your about to train right before you train it makes. On all the threads I've posted here about my post injection pain nobody ever told me to do this so I just wanted to give people a heads up to try it if your having serious PIP.

I have done all my pins quads and then hit the bike or run rught after and have never had anything but the most minor pip. The extra activity/bloodflow seems to help the oil dissipate

Actually makes a lot of sense.. I still can't bring myself to pin quads yet

Its the only thing I have pinned. Once a week in each leg.

I have attempted quads twice and both times I got a shooting pain up my leg so I think ill avoid it

Im not much of a quad guy either. My wife will pin me, but refused quads. I will have to try the squats or a bike after pinning, never heard that before.

I've been going 8 weeks now. Very first cycle- prop and var. Pinned quads multiple times and 4 days ago my left quad got major pip, got red and could barley walk. To the point where I would be walking and my leg gives out. It seems like im more moble today but still pretty sore. I even felt a little feverish. Any thoughts?

anytime you have serious injection pain your white blood cells go sky high because of tissue damage. I got my blood tested while i was going through one of the worst post injection pains and my white blood cell count was through the roof. So when your body is fighting infection or tissue damage it's common to feel a bit flu like. It's happened to me multiple times, I'm always fine. But do your pins based on what you're training for a while and see if it helps. It's done wonders for me. The pump and blood flow and movement/flexing of the muscle over and over really gets that oil moving around. But if it's really red that's not a good sign. Huge knots and pain is ok but skin redness in an infection.

I usually pin in the am and lift later in the day. I will try that though as far as lifting on the day I do that muscle. Its not bright red but im mixed so that might not mean much. Now you got me worried about the infection. Ive been taking ibuprofen 2x a day which has helped with the pain a bit. I guess ill check and see how I feels tomorrow. I dont want ny leg to fall off

Here is a pic. If I press on it for 10 sec there is a little dimple. Should I go to the Dr? Seems like it's getting better vs yesterday but I cant be sure. Pinned monday.
