Post injection lump

It's an hour and a half after an injection of 2moro UG test enanthate + propionate mix @400mg/ml and I have a tender lump on my quad at the injection site. There was an abnormal amount of blood when I pulled the needle out.
Would I notice an infection this quickly or is it more likely a hematoma?

i had that happen before, put a heating pad on it for 20 min. should be gone by next day.

I'm assuming you used a fresh needle, cleaned the injection site, and aspirated before injecting?

Is there abnormal pain associated with it?

Yeah. Aspirated, and sterilised vial and site. Used different antiseptic wipes to my usual (used cetrimide instead of alcohol). The lump doesn't seem to be getting any larger, and is painful to the touch in a 1-2 cm radius around the injection site
