Post homicide meal?

What's the best meal to have after brutally murdering someone? I usually have some dextrose and then drink some of my victims blood. Too much carbs? I think my victim was O positive. Is this going to throw me out of Ketosis?

It depends on how much dancing you do over their bloody body and/or grave. So many forget to subtract the calories expended from this kind of post-homicide activity.

Personally, I keep a log. I know it makes me look geeky, but it helps to inspire me those days I can't find a hobo to fuck-up.
