here was my cycle--1st cycle--weeks 1-12 500mg sust, weeks 1-10 400mg eq and weeks 8-14(im in week 12 now)winny zambons 50mg/ed--im up about 22 lbs--im happy with the size/strength i gained--weeks 11 and 12, i started reducing my calories and upping cardio--since i did this while still on for a little, do i need to continue to keep my calories up post cycle--id like to start cutting soon--i did this cuz my bf was also up a little--also, il be using clen/clomid post cylce
