post cycle

here was my cycle--1st cycle--weeks 1-12 500mg sust, weeks 1-10 400mg eq and weeks 8-14(im in week 12 now)winny zambons 50mg/ed--im up about 22 lbs--im happy with the size/strength i gained--weeks 11 and 12, i started reducing my calories and upping cardio--since i did this while still on for a little, do i need to continue to keep my calories up post cycle--id like to start cutting soon--i did this cuz my bf was also up a little--also, il be using clen/clomid post cylce
 
yes keep your calories up but you dont have to keep them as high as bulking but definitly keep the protein up. the good thing about clen is you can eat like your bulking when on clen post cycle which is a plus just make sure its clean food
