First thing would be clomid. 3 weeks after your last shot.

no i use only hcg and clomid
after last shot sustanon i wait 1 week then shot
HCG 5000 i.U then after more 1 week shot HCG agine and wait 4 day and start clomid 100 ED for 1 week then 50 for 1 Week and then agine 100 for last WEEK
mean

Week0:last sustanon
WeekF: Wait 1 week
Week1: HCG 5000 i.U
Week2: HCG 5000 i.U
Week3: clmoid 100
Week4: Clmoid 50
Week5: Clmoid 100

The HCG and clomid should be fine.
You dont need prohormones or creatine but it couldnt hurt if you add them in.
