post cycle

i can only get hold of hcg and nolvadex post cycle (cant get clomid,my sorce suks ass). can anyone plz tell me when to take it and how much plz. i think that it is 3 weeks after ur last injection and at 500ius every 5 days, not sure though1
can any one help?????
