Post cycle weight loss

My last cycle of Fina/test I gained 22lbs. I only kept 5 of it. I did clomid therpy for 6 weeks and ate and lifted the same as when I was on. This happens every cycle I do. Gain 20 then lose it in 4 weeks. I started back up again on enth and sus at 1000mg a week. I expect to gain 20 again but want to do something different so I don't lose everything.

I know HCG and clomid would be most peoples remidy to this, but I have heard that HCG at a younger age can really harm sperm counts and reproductive system. Any other ideas on how to keep weight on besides creatine/HCG???

Any ideas at all will help.

thats your main problem, your body will not have recuperative abilities that it had while you were on

when you come off, you need to CUT DONW ON THE TRAINING VOLUME, do less sets and excersises; while utilizing high intensity type program. isolation movements should be forgoten, perform core lifts, BB bench, Close grop BB benches, wide chins, BB squats, deads............you get the idea, also keep protein intake at 2g/lb of bodyweight.......this is crutial

Agreed!!!

As well taking extra supplements such as creatine and glutamine help as well.

Train no more than 3 days a week when coming "off" imo. Your body is an extreme catabolic state during this period and the extra rest days will help your body to maintain it's muscle and increase your body's recovery. Overtraining has a negative impact on your hormone levels. Limit doing excess cardio as well.

Another thing were you taking anti-estrogen?? Alot of your weight could have been due to water retension (from the increased estrogen from the body aromatizing it's extra androgens into estrogen) as well if you weren't taking any so naturally when you come off it will come off as well and it made up a considerable portion of your weight.

personally i avoid creatine, its causes water retension and creates false scense of security (at least from my point of view), when im off i want to see what i have acheaved, i do LOVE glutamine, best all around supp

You know what's strange though. I mean I can't argue with those that have gained "water retension" from it since science doesn't always apply to the real world and sometimes anecdotal evidence in this game is more accurate than science. My point in saying this is because creatine, just like glutamine, is supposed to be a water cell voluminizer. Difference between the 2. Water retension is the undesireable effect from extra water in between the muscle and the skin. Cell voluminazation is the extra water stored within the muscle. Creatine gets drawn into the muscle as does glutamine. It's been shown that creatine supplementation can have a 3% increase in water in the amount that can be naturally stored within the muscle. Glutamine also has this effect and since glutamine makes up over 60% of the free amino acid pool within the muscle, it makes sense to supplement with it as well. Not disagreeing with you personally. It's just that I never understood why people said this but again if it happened to you personally as I have heard from others as well, then to each there own. Science again isn't always 100% accurate in this game.

bro, i draw more water on 10g of creatine/ed then on a 1g/test/week, get a moonface and a half

none of my boyz do thogh, it also makes me go piss every 30min, so i dont take it

and yes, i have read numerous abstracts proving what you just said, but it bloats me so i dont use it

I definatly agree. So many people forget how catabolic you are after a cycle. I even take a couple weeks off after a long cycle sometimes because of catabolism. That probly sounds dumb but it always helps me retain my gains. Also try stacking you test with either deca or eq. That always make me retain alot.
