First off, I want to thank everyone who has given me any advice on this board, along with everyone who posts any comments at all. It is through your input that I give credit for my success.
Finally, after 10 long, hard weeks of training on my first cycle I am happy to report that I have gained 23 pounds. My bench is up just under 1 whole plate. I have just started my clomid therapy, so I will hopefully keep most of my gains. I also just started a cycle of creatine to help keep my gains and even keep gaining.
My cycle consisted of DECA and SUST. Throughout the cycle I felt increase aggression, intensity, strength, and endurance; not to mention self confidence. Never before have I been so confident and successful with my interactions with women. Other aspects of my life have also been affected. I feel more focused, determined, and motivated to succeed.
Before I made the decision to start this cycle I was sickly thin. I smoked cigaretes and herb on a regular basis. Being at a party school didn't help either. By making the decision to do something so serious-do a cycle of....steroids, I was inspired to change my whole lifestyle. I quit cigaretes. I barely smoke herb anymore, and I don't party as much.
This is what I want to know now:
1) When is it cool to start my next cycle?
2) What should I do during my next cycle?
I would rather have as few shots as possible since I do not like needls. However I understand that with certain chemicals, multiple weekly shots are necesary to maintain blood saturation, etc. I want to take the best stuff out there for serious gains, appetite increase, vascularity, and I want to keeop the gains. What should I do? I am under 170 pounds, 5'9", 4% body fat.
All advice welcome, especially from the veterans and mods with experience.
