post cycle therapy

I have gotten a lot of different opionions on what should be taken after a cycle. Of course it varies based on the stack.

Has anyone done a cycle without taking any post cycle therapy(clomid, nolvadex, armidex, ect...)? What happened

I am on 400mg of deca and 200mg of eq. I plan on taking clomid - here is my plan

3 weeks after last injection:

day 1 300mg of clomid, followed by 150mg ED for 1 week
week 2: 100mg ED
week3: 50 mg ED

Done.

I have been advised by some friends that I am over doing it for such a mild cycle(I believe in better safe than sorrY). They advised me that 50mg for 15 days would be fine.


Also, can I get away with just the clomid or do I need to by more stuff?

The post-cycle plan you wrote is perfect. No, you dont need anything else.

FYW, you may want to bump the eq up to 400mg/week if you want to see any worthwhile results from it.

Acutally, I wouldn't call them idiots - they are actually veterains of the game and you may have even seen them on TV competeing. I have the clomid I need in hand and my plan is set. I was just wondering why the difference in opionions.

Anyone ever just completely ignore post therapy all together? If yes what were you taking and what was the result post cycle?
