Post Cycle therapy. Workout regime different from being on steroids?

Guys I need to know if the work out regime for pct can be the same as the one when you are on the cycle or it should be more intense to keep your gains? also the number of the days ate gym has to be the same? I used to work out 5 days a week while on the cycle, thanks.
 
What put the muscle on in the first place is going to keep it there during a PCT. You want to train with the same intensity and frequency as you did on cycle, but just with slightly less volume because your recovery ability won't be as good.

For example, on cycle if you did 10 working sets for chest. Do 8 working sets when on your PCT.

Still train with the same intensity and frequency, just slightly reduce the volume.

Make sure to also eat a high protein diet.
