i have just finished my first cycle ever.im 6' 200 pounds.before juicin i was 180.i took a 8 week cycle of aratest 1cc 4 times a week.what can i expect to keep and will i lose the strength i have gained?

Are taking clomids ?? cause if not expect to loose some of your gains .... I would go for a 16-17 lbs with clomids you'll probably loose some of your water retention but not a lot
