Post cycle routine....

ok guys last cycle i ran 600 mg of clomid on day 1 after last injection. then 300 mg next 10 days. then 50mg next 19 days with 80 mg of anavar and 20 mg of nolvadex.
is that a good post cycle or should i run the clomid like a week before i finish up my cycle? everyone seems to have different post cycle ideas
and i wasnt fond of anavar, so thinkin ill just run the clomid and nolvadex. and maybe some ephedrine...good or bad idea?

That is about the worse pct I have ever seen in my life, with the only exception being someone that has no pct at all. You seriously need to get your ass over to the PCT forum of this board and do a lot of research.

I meen, I don't even know where to start to describe to you how bad that is. What the heck were you taking on cycle?

Do you not even realize that var is a steroid? Ran at 80mg a day it will shut and keep you shut down just like any other steroid. Why in the world would that be a part of your pct?!

And that extreme dosage of clomid is retarded.

i read up on anavar on numerous sites that it was good to run on your post cycle because it wasnt hard on your body and very non liver toxic, and great for cutting out while post cycling.
idk if im allowed to put the site name so i wont. but ya on the clomid section thats what they suggested. im fairly new on this site. ill check out the pct section
