post cycle recovery theory

I think the standard 3 weeks post-cycle is not any where near the time required to restore levels. I think after a 10 week cycle, possibly a 10 week recovery program shouyld be in place. It should consist of clomid(or nolva if you prefer, i think clomid is better) and either letrozole/aromosin/anastazole for the length of time the cycle has been run.

just a hunch and I will do it next time I go off this way. 3 months of recovery.

Anyone have any thoughts? (of course you will!)

Absolutely, I completely agree. 3 weeks, for most, is probably not enough time. My first post cycle recovery consisted of the ususal 100-50-50 clomid therapy. Boy did I crash hard as hell after that.

Even though I still have about 300 clomid sitting in my lock box, I dont use them anymore. Here is what I'm currently using. I also plan to use this for several months, if not pretty much most of the time for maintainence.

Maca- 7.5grms/day
Cordyceps- 1500mg/day
Rhodiola Rosea- 600-900mg/day
Avena sativa- 1500mg/day
DHEA- 50mg/day
Anastrozole- 0.4-0.5mg EOD

I also plan on buying today: 5-HTP, Pregnenolone, 7-Keto DHEA, and some Green Tea extract.

BTW- just discovered BAC and love them...

I think that needs to be supported through empirical data.

well when the university gives me a grant , Ill let you know what the results are

What I cant post an opinion?
There is nothing wrong with posting ideas and opinions. The problem comes when ppl post ideas and opinions as fact and spread misinformation.

I think running clomid or nolva for long periods of time would not be detrimental, however I would not use Let or Ana. for the off time. Just based on the fact that they can have a terrible effect on your choloesterol profile, and without exogenous testosterone coming in I don't see the need to inhibit estrogen while off...

hcg and nolva. You can run nolva @ 20mg a day for 3 weeks and then 10mg a day for 3 more.
