Post Cycle Recipe Help...

coming off a 16 weeker.

5'11, 214, approx. 12% bf.

here's my 4 week post cycle recipe and would appreicate all feedback:

1) up cals about 500-700 per day (keep as anabolic as possible)

2) creatine at 9-12g a day (one in the a.m, one pre workout, and one post workout))

3)hcg at 1500 i.u every day for first 2 weeks.

4) clomid at 100mg a day for first week, and 50mg a day for next 3 weeks.

5) proviron 25mg a day

6) nolvadex 20mg a day

7) zero cardio

yes of course.. i could i forget the clen and glutamine.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO LOOSE THE EXCESS BF%?

3)hcg at 1500 i.u every day for first 2 weeks.

I WOULD SUGGEST USING 1,000U MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY FOR THREE WEEKS.

4) clomid at 100mg a day for first week, and 50mg a day for next 3 weeks.

I WOULD ONLY USE 50MG CLOMID HERE DAILY FOR SIX WEEKS.

5) proviron 25mg a day

I WOULDN'T BOTHER WITH PROVIRON DURING RECOVERY OR DURING A CYCLE. YOU ARE ADEQUATELY COVERED USING BOTH NOLVADEX AND CLOMID.

6) nolvadex 20mg a day

THIS IS FINE.

7) zero cardio

WHY DON'T YOU USE THIS RECOVERY TIME TO LOSE THE EXCESS BF? MY $0.02.

to spare muscle after cycle you must eat a little more cals than usual. so post cycle i dont mind putting on 4-5 pounds of fat as long as i spare all the muscle i gained.

I do not disagree. I just recommend reducing carbs and increasing fats while maintaining a high protein intake. Calories go up and diet is attuned to fat loss and muscle maintenance..like following a CKD or straight Atkins-style.

not clear on that bro... 'like following ckd'???

ckd is not recommended off the sauce.
 
I follow a similiar PCT but I add in hebals such as Avena Sativa, Maca, milk thistle, NAC, and aginine.

For the HCG, I think smaller and more frequent doses are more effective. 500mg ed for a week.

Unless you where using something very suppressive such as deca, your recovery should be a piece of cake SB!

The nice thing about a good PCT and appropriate time off is that you can start planning and looking forward to your next cycle with out having to constantly worry about your health, balls, or etc...
 
Satch-
You might want to start supplementing with R-ala since you will want to limit body fat accumulation. It will help to assimilate the extra calories that you will be injesting (esp. carbs). Just my two cents worth. All else looks good.
 
hit the glutamine peptides with at least 45 grams a day:

that would yield 17- 18 grams of glutamine,

also hit creatine at 15 grams a day

have an ECA pre workout as well.

and then just cruise.........
