POST CYCLE -- Please take time and read

Its now been 2 weeks since my last shot of omnas at 500mg/wk. Im running the winny tabs for another week and will be done my T3 cycle also by next week. I will be starting clomid next week, 1 day after last winny is taken. I am still not as cut as I would like to be even though the cycle worked out awesome. Im currently at 11 - 12% BF and would like to get down to about 8 or 9. I am cutting my calories back a little more for the next few weeks and I'm starting to see water weight coming off from the omnas and looking a little tighter. My diet is basically the same day in and day out except for weekends, Sat is cheat day and sunday i go with red meat.

7:00 myoplex shake/water

10:00 1 can tuna / 1 can mixed veggies / 10g glutamine

12:00 1 can tuna / nuts for fat / or flax seed oil

2:30 2 scoops Isopure

5:30 1 can tuna

6:00 train / 20-25 mins cardio

post workout - 1 myoplex and 1 scoop isopure and 10g glutamine

1 hour later 1 can tuna
sleep

will be keeping training schedule the same - less sets
mon - back
tue - chest
wed - hams/calves
thur - delts
frid - bis/tris
sat - off
sun - quads/calvesPOst
 
Are you looking for feedback on this?
If so, why are you only eating 4 cans of tuna and a few nuts per day and nothing else? Aren't you afraid of loosing some muscle along with the fat?
 
.....And, when you do the clomid, your body will be at a more catabolic state for a while (lowered test levels). If I were you I wouldn't work out 6 out of 7 days a week (I realize you stated less sets, but..) That will waste muscle fast! At least wait till clomid is over before doing that much.

I wish I was in that boat. I can only stand so much tuna. It is shame b/c it is so high in protein and convenient. The only drawback is it tastes like a dolphin's asshole.:(
I would keep your calories where the were during your cycle, at least through clomid. So you didn't loose as much as you wanted. You lost some right. Don't set yourself up for a big crash where you waste 10 weeks of blood, sweat, tears, and money.
