I'm in the middle of the 8th week of my 10 week cycle:
wk1-4 dbol 30-40mg
wk1-10 sust500, deca300
0.25 arimidex ed
clomid therapy post cylce(2weeks after, for three weeks)
I'm doing measurements every week and it seems up till now I am up about 13lbs of LBM(Lean Body Mass, could be water & myofibril), however I'm up in also about 10lbs sh*t load of pure FAT deposits. My waisline has gone mad up to 5 inches more!!! I'm going with big shirts to hide it.
My dillema is complicated:
a. I surely do NOT want to compromise the muscle I've gained (I am a hard gainer, what I may have gained here is impossible for me naturally). I do NOT want loose any mass.
b. Should I implement something like Winny in weeks 8-10 or 8-12? Or maybe ECA and CLEN ? With Cardio?
c. I don't know if I should wait a whole month after the cycle just to start the cutting up... I wouldn't want to.
You've all helped me here tremendously with bulking cycle, but I am really puzzled as to what I should be doing to loose that ****ty tummy that appeared on my frame from only 4000-4500 cals a day(clean diet).
Please try to be detailed as possible?
