Post Cycle Injuries

A few weeks ago I took my last shot, now I'm on Clomid. The last two workouts have been really difficult, I have a sprain on my wrist, I also believe I have an injury on my right elbow and my left shoulder is in pain when I bench.

I personally believe the pain has come about as I have lost the water retention keeping my muscles/joints lubricated well. Maximum on cycle I weighed 212, I now weigh 208lbs.

Basically is getting to the point where I should be thinking about stopping training for a week to rest my knackered limbs. But when am I supposed to stop training to help gains (Test crash time can cause muscle loss if training). Is it after clomid therapy or during?
 
same exact shit happend to me after i stopped test eq cycle, i couldnt lift laterally to save my life all upper body workouts where hindered for about 2 months post cycle...damn shoulders!!!! i couldnt do dik with them nor chest training i hated it. now 3 moths later i feel a lil better
