post cycle help

i have one week of my cycle left which was

qv propinate 100mg eod week 1-8
qv eq 400 mg a week week 1-10
sustanon 500mg week 8-12

and i have 5 vials of 1500iu hcg , 36 tabs of clomid 50mg , nolvadex 20mg 30 tabs ....and clenbuterol 100 tabs.... i was wondering what the best way to do my post cycle is..... should i take the hcg 3 weeks after my last shot of sustanon , and when that is finished take the clomid ... and start the nolvadex the day after my last shot of sustanon . im also not sure of the hcg which i am new at i get alot of different advice on that , not sure if i should take 1500iu 3 times a week or take 500iu eod...any help would be greatly appreciated.......thanks in advance......

HCG weeks 12-15 2000iu every 5 days for the first 2 shots. then drop to 1000iu for the remainder

nolva should start wks 14-19...nolva kick off at 40 for the first week then drop to 20mg for the remainder...you can use either clomid or nolva...you don't need both! I didn't add up the total tabs you have, but I think you can do that yourself.

Always start HCG sometime during the week of the last shot. This is to jump start your balls as quickly as possible so that once all your synthetic levels drop, your system will be ready to take over. HCG is not like nolva and doesn't need for AAS to clear the system before administering, plus you don't won't the AAS to be totally cleared before starting HCG...Now if you were just going to use clomid and/or nolva, then you will want AAS to clear the system before starting!

Guys, HCG will keep you shut down as well. I don't understand the logic in using it after PCT begins.

HCG is not going to get natural test back started, but rather to kick the balls back into gear....Just using HCG is not going to start up your natural test, but rather get your balls back up to size so that over time they will be ready to produce test at maximum levels. If your balls are not back up to size when synthetic levels drop, then your body is not going to provide enough test to get you back up and going naturally again...thus you stand to lose quite a bit of your gains in the short run!...This is the basic version...I can provide you with the scientific version if you want!

i also have clenbuterol that i wanted to start to help any excess fat gain and to help preserve some muscle but dont know when to start....when can i begin that and how much sould i start off with.....

I'm well aware, I never said use HCG alone, just do not take it during PCT.
