post cycle help

I have just started sustanon 250 e4d and dbol 25mg a day
I am going to run this for five weeks.
I have nolvadex should incorperate this into my cycle or wait and see how my body reacts.
Any help on post cycle would be great or as i'm only doing a five weeker is this necessary.
 
Why only 5 weeks? How come everyone is just doing such short cycles lately?

I would save the Nolva until symptoms appear. If you want to actually reduce e levels try aromasin
 
or throw in proviron (anti-e), 25-50mg ED, I love using proviron with all my cycles, benefits:

1. reduces chances of gyno
2. muscle hardening (look solid)
3. reduce bloat
4. at 50mg ED helps your libido

you cant get better than that.

as for post cycle recovery, very important to keep gains from cycle:

clomid
tribulus
milk thistle
avena sativa
creatine
keep protein up to maintain positive nitrogen balance to prevent catabolism

Well, I was just about to offer some advice, but Viper seems to have covered all the bases!

I think the reasons people opt for short cycles are either fear of sides or lack of cash.
 
Short Cycles have benefits for average Joe looking to keep his physique good or improve his physique. You do not have to run 8, 10, 12 + weeks just because you are juicing.

BTW, there is one more reason people opt for short cycles: the shorter the cycle the quicker you get your HPTA back online (if it shuts down at all).

There is an increased risk of not getting back online and losing your gains when you run 10, 12, 16+ weeks. Some people in competition stay on year around. Some people cycle on and cycle off. Different people with different goals run different combinations and doses. Each person has to learn what is right for them and their goals.

I usually prefer 6-8 week short cycles for myself.

I agree with everything here except the clomid.

I'd also add some xanthoparmilia, CDG, and Pirkoliv (for liver) post cycle.
 
pirkolov cdg thats the thing I like about you nelson you always seem to come up with something different. Also running sust and dianabol for five weeks is that to short and could proviron be worth running along side.Any info nelson would be great.I thought you promoted short cycles? So many contradictions just when you think you have done loads of research then pow.
