Post Cycle heart problems.

My Time on = Time off is just about up. I put on 22 pounds and kept 18 after PCT. Lately I have noticed that my heart has been beating faster then before I ever touched gear. The cycle was a bulker so I barely did ANY cardio, which I now regret. My bf% went up, but nothing crazy. For the past week or so, everytime I try and sleep I can feel my heart beating much faster and my pulse elevating. It's nothing crazy, like heart thumping hard, but its rather annoying. I also lift hard and heavy, and after every set my heart is racing very fast and sometimes I have to sit down and rest a bit.

Is this anything to be worried about or is my body just adjusting to the 20lbs I put on in 2 months. I will be cutting soon, so my hopefully my heart/BP/pulse will calm down, because its getting annoying.

You should probably check and monitor your blood pressure. Are you being honest with yourself (or at least us) regarding the amount of fat you've really gained?

Thx for the reply, yes I am, even though it was a bulker, I ate fairly clean, with one cheat day. Most of the actual fat can be seen in my mid-section the most. I'm just curious is the increase in heart beat due to the cycle or the major weight gain in a short period of time.

been through this myself and wondered the same shit after my first cycle....and i was NOT doing any cardio...that was the problem bro....i think so many on this board neglect this one important element even when bulking it has its place.....you heart has to be healthy and strong....i'd start doing some cardio right now and you will be suprised as to how much better you will feel and look.....

you can even start at 10 min, thats what i did when i first started doing cardio...then 12 min then 14 then 18...worked my way to 30....now i do 30-45 at least 5 times a week!

K to ya bro, I got in the state of mind where bulking was top priority and I wanted to put on as much size as possible, without cardio. I figured that the intensity at which I workout/lift would give me a good workout, but I was wrong.
