post cycle... eat less or more?

2 schools of thought:

1) since your body isnt able to build as much muscle as it can on AS you should eat less cals.

2) since your body needs to recover post cycle it must be fed extra calories to insure maintanance of the muscle gained during cycle.

which?

I keep up my calories and just watch the type of calories.
 
Keep eating...get through your post-cycle therapy before dropping calories to cut.
