Post-cycle and going strong!

Its only 2 weeks post-cycle but the first few days were pretty rough. My major concern was gaining fat b/c I did last cycle when i came off. So far I have kept up cardio almost everyday and even INCREASED my workout intensity (hoping to preserve those gains!). Still eating a lot of protien and the clomid is working well. Need some glutamine though, havn't tried that yet. I have actually got more accusations of being on AAS since I got off then on. The only real difference I noticed is I am getting sore again after workouts, I forgot about that. While on I get minimally sore. Anyways just checkin in!

I am actually making some gains post cycle. Weight dropped by about 5 lbs. but that was mostly water fat as my strength has if anything increased. I am 3 weeks PC btw.

Try dropping your volume post-cycle, this seems to work well to keep gains going, or at least it has in the past for me.

being accused is awesome...i remember my first time like it was yesterday! :D

LOL, I know i know. Ill never forget my first cycle.

5 weeks into a Test/Dbol cycle I kept getting people asking me. :D

Of course I just say "no, real hard training, lots of protien, and some creatine" then they say 'I heard creatine is bad for you." And just laugh and say 'nah.'

I tend to get accused more off-cycle because I get more short tempered though. Test really mellows me out.

Dude, the first two weeks is very early days. You will normally find that in the first month following discontinuation you'll feel as strong as you did on cycle and look your best as the water retention subsides and only lean muscle is showing. The strength will drop some time in the middle of the second month as your body tries to go back to how it used to be pre-cycle. I always hate this point as I always put on extra b/f and am so tempted to go right back on cycle again! Personally, I try to avoid too much cardio in fear of burning off any muscle. Instead I stick to high volume training at lower weights as it introduces an aspect of cardio into my resistance training. I view this as a kind of "conditioning" or "maintenance" training regime. Of course, when back on cycle I switch to a regime which would otherwise be considered as overtraining. Easily done with the help of the gear, as recovery time is rapid and new muscle growth is easily stimulated. As long as I keep with the protein, rest properly stick to my "maintenance" regime and take all the right ancilliaries - I normally make it through the three months to the next cycle without too much hassle.
