Post cycle acne...please help!!

Whats up guys. I finished a cycle of sust, deca, and primo about 4 weeks ago. About 2 or 3 weeks after I stopped the sust I started to break out with little pimples all over my back and shoulders. This sucks because I got big and can't even take my shirt off. I have been tanning 4 times all week since. Any suggestions??

I had the same prob after a sus cycle, had to go on accutane. You can try some vitamin b5 (panthotenic acid, forget how to spell it). Don't over tan, it could make it worse, drink tons of water, shower a couple times a day, and get some good face and body cleansers. good luck bro!
