Post cycle Acne on shoulders

hello,
during my cycle i had no acne, during pct i broke out like crazy on my shoulders, i thought it would go away but its now been about 7 weeks after my last test pin and the acne is still there, so how do i get rid of this? what do i do next time to prevent it?

1-12 weeks test 500

for pct i think i did 1000mg hcg for 10 days, then 40 nolva/100 clomid then tapered down the nolva and clomid....for 6 weeks
