Would it be possible for me to put on some muscle mass while still on my cutting diet for compitition? I dont want one that is gonna put any fat on me though. Any recommendations?
Many do make notice of such a partioning effect when using 1AD or 1-Test (leaning out, while still gaining muscle; however this will also be dependant on the extent toward which you are at a certain set-point for being lean; if you are far too lean, then at most you may preserve muscle).
